The AHK train-the-trainer course “Ausbildung der Ausbilder” (AdA) – International (Basic Version) qualifies professionals across functions for this important task. Based on best practices of German dual training, the AdA – International (Basic) is the essential trainer qualification for everyone entrusted with training, coaching or mentoring other employees. On qualifying the exam, candidates will receive a DIHK-IGCC certificate.
