GIZ (Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit GmbH) and IGCC (Indo-German Chamber of Commerce) in cooperation with NSDC (National Skill Development Corporation) and MEPSC (Management Sector Skill Council) are offering a in depth Train the Master Trainer Programme. Under this programme we will familiarize you with the latest skills in becoming a Master Trainer which will enable you to train in-company trainer and institute trainers/teacher following the holistic approach.

Section 1: Basic Pedagogy
Objectives
After completing this area of activity, you will be able to plan, organize and carry out all stages of vocational education and training, design examinations and qualify trainees according to their strengths. You will have the knowledge to support companies in the recruitment and selection of trainees and new employees. Furthermore, you will be able to methodically and didactically design the processes of individual and corporate learning in consideration of business and work processes. You will get to know the methodologies, the didactics as well as current procedures and learning techniques with which you can methodically, and target group-specifically plan the individual learning processes. You will also deal with educational policy and legal framework conditions and learn how to draw up training regulations according to those rules and regulation as well as under the qualification measures of the dual system. Therefore, we will also teach you how to create a framework curriculum and how to build a training with it. Once you have internalized and understood the above topic, we will give you methods and procedures on how to effectively pass on this complete topic of didactical and methodical in relation to the dual training as a Master trainer to your students and trainers.

Section 2: Communication
Objectives
In the first learning module we deal with the topic of communication. As a master trainer, you need to be able to look at communication from different angles. On the one hand, as a trainer you need to know how to communicate properly with your participants, but you also must be able to convey to them how they as a new trainer effectively communicate with their trainees or co-workers in the company. Furthermore, as a master trainer, you must be able to understand and apply communication between different stakeholders and especially within the company. Therefore, we will look at conversation and negotiation models and which communication tools can be used. We will also show you what communication is and, in connection with one of the later learning modules (Conflict Management), how the right communication strategy can have a positive or negative impact. You will learn about different strategies for conflict resolution and conflict avoidance and how you can guide and lead the conversation in the right direction by using the right moderation techniques.

In this learning area we will introduce you to the different types and causes of conflict that can arise in a business environment but also in a learning environment. What signals can be identified and how do they affect what is happening. How do groups react and what is the role of conflict and group dynamics and what different roles are you in. What methods are there and how can they be applied to prevent conflicts from arising in the first place. You will also learn basic knowledge on how to deal with conflicts as a master trainer in training. Which role you should take and how to react to the different actors. We will also look at how conflict can affect leadership and the organization.

Section 5: Problem Management
Objectives
In this learning module we would like to introduce you to the topic of problem management. We will approach the concept of complexity and find models and methods to find the characteristics of complex situations and to develop answers and methods of dealing with them. You will also be able to identify complex situations from which problems can arise. As a result, in the course you will develop the first skills and abilities to recognize complex situations and structures, to break them down into their individual parts and to be able to analyze them better.

Section 6: Organizational Management
Objectives
The aim here is to introduce you to the quality-oriented planning, design and development of vocational training processes from the company point of view. We look at the topic of training from a higher-level, managerial perspective. You will learn the basic principles of strategic management of educational areas and the planning of educational products, as well as the market- and customer-oriented preparation of educational processes. You will get the know-how to recognize potential and deficits, to create concepts for competence development and to analyse the qualification needs of the client's employees and to develop appropriate concepts. You will also be able to answer questions on career guidance and identify development paths.

Section 7: Soft Skills Feedback
Objectives
We will show you what types of feedback there are and why feedback can become an important and not to be forgotten quality tool not only for a company but also for you as a master trainer. You will learn how to build a feedback strategy from the one idea of feedback and how to build a feedback culture in your training. Furthermore, we will show you how you can use what you have learned for your participants' daily training and how you can use the right methods and tools to create your own feedback culture in your training.
